The "London Punk" character has been around for sometime now, making varying subtle appearances in many of JJ's artworks for over a decade now - as the shadow figure found in the majority of the celebrated "Rule Britannia, collections - the latest being the "Approaching Storm" title from last Autumn's collection. The punks themselves have been designed and fabricated by JJ himself - before they are hand-painted individually. The characters are then securely mounted to a London / Rule Britannia style canvas print that has been created especially for this new artworks. The entire piece is then fitted into purpose made shadow box frame - with matt black interior inserts and finished in a wide, contemporary black moulding profile. As a subtle and cool addition to the piece, all artworks have had the interior of the glass spray painted in bright pink graffiti aerosol where the punk is holding out the spray can... It's worth noting that all x45 editions have this bright pink spray, however the 5 AP's have the same spray painted / drip but in a unique metallic gold.

Please note bespoke artwork, including Limited Edition, Original or Commissioned pieces, that have been produced and shipped to you are exempt from the standard 14 day "cooling off" period under the Consumer Rights Regulations (CRR) and therefore non returnable. Your artwork may be bespoke made specifically for your order. Please do ensure you contact the gallery before ordering if you are unsure of the product you have chosen. If we do agreed to accept a return please ensure it is in the correct packaging and safely returned either in person or via the correct courier method on a fragile service. If you would like the gallery to arrange collection we can deduct the shipping cost from the refund/store credit value and the gallery will action a refund/credit note once the artwork is safely back with us.
