Artwork which need to be ordered from the Studios may take 14-21 business days to arrive, this may also include instock items as these may be on hold at the Studio.  All our items are bespoke pieces, many of which are also hand-signed and are not "off the shelf" items. However we do aim to deliver your artwork as quickly as possible to you.

We do not accept returns of original production / limited edition artwork, this includes animation cels and drawings. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will work with you to get a suitable replacement.

Payment can be made online by any credit or debit card.
