Current order process time is seven to ten business days for in stock items. Items which need to be ordered from the Studios may take 10-14 business days to arrive.

We do not accept returns of original production / limited edition artwork, this includes animation cels and drawings. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will work with you to get a suitable replacement.
